Helpful staff changed our room promptly.

The hotel sits directly above a metro station, causing rattling noises throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. the cleanliness was questionable. while the beds were made daily, dust remained in various corners of the room. The breakfast area was poorly designed and uninviting, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable start to my day.
