hotel is simple, comfortable and functional. I would highly recommend it for visiting Paris. We stayed in a room for four people (two adults and two children) which solved our needs 100%. staff is resolute, we even forgot a jacket and they sent it to us in Spain at no extra cost. location is very good: the Sacre Cuore church and Montmartre district are a stone's throw away; Seine, Louvre and Eiffel Tower are a little further away but you can get there on foot without any problem by taking a long walk. around it is an area of small charming streets full of bars and restaurants, close enough to walk and take 2 minutes but far enough away not to be disturbing. Another advantage if you go with children is that there is a very complete park in front of the hotel, you just have to cross the street. We would definitely stay here again!
I think I could improve the breakfast although I have to say that I had certified organic products and natural orange juice which are an important plus, maybe we miss fruit. It is not so much something that we did not like but something that could be improved.

location of the hotel, in Montmatre, can be reached on foot from almost all the emblematic places and rest with a few metro stations. area has many small restaurants and cafes.
It is an old building, reformed with a modern functional aspect, decoration is fine and room we had was comfortable and spacious. bathtub, raised on a platform and embedded in marble, is dangerous for people with mobility difficulties. It has no air conditioning, can be critical in the summer. It is small. It does not have large facilities, breakfast room is 4 tables at the reception, although as breakfast is scarce and not very varied, despite being included in the price, we take it outside. There is noise outside as the street is very busy, if you close the window it is hot and if you open it you do not sleep because of the traffic.

Helpful staff changed our room promptly.
The hotel sits directly above a metro station, causing rattling noises throughout the night, difficult to sleep. The cleanliness was questionable. While the beds were made daily, dust remained in various corners of the room. The breakfast area was poorly designed and uninviting, detracting from what could have been an enjoyable start to my day.

The friendliness of the staff. The shower was excellent and the room was a good size. The location was very good - near Gard du Nord and line 4 of the metro.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Convenient location for travel by Metro, not far from the Gare du Nord.
My room was very noisy - since it was on the busy Rue Lafayette side - even with the windows fully shut (which meant that the room was too hot in July). There were some broken items in the bathroom. I could not find a bottle opener in the refrigerator or elsewhere, so I was not able to enjoy a Coke from the minibar. The bath was strange, with a tap at one end and a metal fitting at the other, so you could not recline comfortably against either end! The breakfast was rather restricted, although adequate.

Impeccably clean hotel, services were terrific and location was perfect and nice to the Cadet station. The staff were very helpful and efficient and assisted us with public parking. We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast with croissants, cereal and cheese.
Though everything was really good, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The staff was helpful. We were able to park our car in a garage down the street for 15 Euros/day. The hotel was close to subway stations.

We found the staff helpful but a lot of things didn't function (elevator, door handle etc.). Very noisy rooms facing Boulevard La Fayette. Facing the alley was claustrofobic. Very hot in the room though they told that they were awaiting installation of climate control. Worn out it seemed. But the staff is attentive and polite.

The bedding provided was comfortable and I found the atmosphere in the area quite charming, giving off a strong local vibe. The daily housekeeping kept the room clean, nice for a fresh space to unwind after roaming around.
The noise from the street below was quite a nuisance-cars and metro sounds kept me up at night. Several electrical sockets were loose, raising safety concerns, and the breakfast options left much to be desired, as they were limited and the coffee machine seemed perpetually uncooperative.

I did not like this hotel at all. It was listed as a three star hotel, but I would not give it one star! The hotel states that there is Internet service, but if fact there is not. I went across the street to a public park where they had free Wifi, and never at the hotel!
The hotel information provided on the Booked.net is not correct. The hotel room was totally unacceptable. The room was uncomfortable, noisy, and in a bad area. I would never stay at this hotel again. I hotel made an unauthorized charge against my credit card after out departure which I have filed a complisant with my bank. All further charges from this hotel have been blocked. I am greatly disappointed with my stay here.
